RED CEDAR BUNGALOW

This is a 1960's lodge style home located on a beautiful 15,000 sq.ft. parcel in a choice area of Fern Valley with spectacular views of Lily Rock and Tahquitz Peak.

		New dual pane windows with custom bungalow style lite pattern were installed, along with new trim painted in Roycroft Suede, complementing the existing cedar siding. A solid mahogany front door with stained glass was also added.
		The kitchen was remodeled, a dining nook was added, and solid red oak flooring was also installed. New light fixtures arefrom Rejuvenation Lighting.
		The existing kitchen cabinets were replaced with custom red cedar cabinets and granite counters.
		An awkward dining area was replaced with a cozy dining nook with built-in bench seats, while still allowing access to the rear deck.
		The red cedar cabinets and granite counter tops were also added to the walk-in pantry.
		The bedroom wall paneling was replaced with a combination of drywall and t & g cedar. Wall lighting fixtures are by Arroyo Craftsman.
