PROJECT CENTER
BUNGALOW COTTAGE
This is a 1950's cabin that had drop ceilings throughout, and a dysfunctional kitchen with an awkward exterior door to the side yard. There wasn't any decking.
BEFORE
AFTER

The alcove porch area in front was removed and historic bungalow paint colors were used to highlight some of the exterior architectural features of the cabin.
All new dual pane windows and doors were installed throughout. A large rear deck was added to take advantage of a beautiful private wooded setting.
The living room and dining area ceilings were opened up and finished off in stained and lacquered t & g pine. The fireplace was resurfaced with Park City river rock. Two custom stained glass windows were added on each side of the fireplace.
Solid hardwood flooring was installed in the dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen was completely gutted and redone with white cabinets and yellow and green tile. A restored O'Keefe & Merritt range was added. Access to the new rear deck is provided at the end of the kitchen.
